Hello! As you are probably aware by now, my name is Jennifer Rickward. And I am a motion designer. But I am more than that, I am a motion aficionado. A lover of graphics, typography and design and a fiend for the craft of storytelling.
By day I craft 2d animated worlds that making learning an adventure, but come nightfall I am modelling characters out of digital clay, experimenting with depth defying visuals or cutting together videos with flair.
My foray into the animated world began with a degree in interactive entertainment from the SAE institute Brisbane. I then had the privilege of working alongside the team from The Lampshade Collective on their award winning short film ‘The Gallant Captain.’ My career thus far has been varied but this has only further solidified my love of the craft. Be it short films, educational videos, promotional materials, gifs, or looping logos I want to bring it to life. No project is too big or too small.
